Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you rely on anything at deadjean.lat. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Don't Install

Deadjean Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. We connect homeowners with independent walk-in tub, walk-in shower and tub-to-shower conversion installers. We do not sell, install, repair or service bathing products. An independent installer, not Deadjean Walk-In Tubs, does any work in your home.

A Connection Is Not a Recommendation

Being connected with an installer does not mean we endorse them. We do not guarantee the quality, timing, cost or results of an installer's work or products. We also cannot promise an installer will be available in your area at a certain time. Each installer is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Not Health Advice

Nothing on this website is medical or health advice. We describe product features in general terms only. We do not claim that any tub, shower or feature will prevent injury or improve a health condition. If you wonder how to bathe safely with a health or mobility condition, talk with a qualified health professional.

About Prices

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. They shift with the product, the bathroom, the materials and the work involved. Ask the installer for a written estimate before any work begins.

Coverage and Financing

We cannot say whether an insurance plan, government program or other source will help pay for a project. Nothing here promises coverage or funding. Reach out to the plan or program directly. Any financing comes from the installer or a third party, on their terms.

How We Are Paid

Installers or marketing partners may pay Deadjean Walk-In Tubs when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains more.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep this information correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or errorless.
