How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want people who reach out to Deadjean Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to share a concern and what we do next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Up

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Deadjean Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of an installer we connected you with

If the Issue Is With an Installer

Installers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the installer first and keep written records.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and installers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand that Deadjean Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for an installer's work or act for an installer.

Send Us Your Complaint

Email contact@deadjean.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the installer
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The installer's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the installer. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may help too.
